09/10/05 - 10/28/05 .............. $550/week

No hidden fees to add on such as cleaning fee and/or taxes.
The price you see is the price you pay.
Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday.
Weekly rentals only during peak season summer months.
Rates may be higher than indicated for certain holiday weeks.

Additional Rental Notes:

  • Check-in time is 4:00 P.M.  Check-out time is 10:00 A.M.

  • Please ~ NO SMOKING inside the villa.

  • Credit card payments are not accepted at this time.

  • Published rates are weekly rates.

  • Nightly  rates (three night minimum) are available upon request.

  • Ask about our special discounts on monthly  rates.

  • All rates (except nightly) include departure cleaning.

  • Bed & bath linens and a starter supply of bath/toilet items are included.

  • Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

  • We are not responsible for events beyond our control, (i.e. poor weather).

  • All furnishings must remain in unit.

  • Guests are responsible for any damage.

  • Telephone calls are free for local use.  Toll-free calling cards may be used.

  •  We're sorry ~ pets are not permitted at the Resort.

Deposits:
To guarantee your reservation, a deposit of $125 is required within 7-10 days of the booking date.

Balance:
Your  balance is due 30-45 days prior  to your arrival date. For  reservations with less than  45 days  before arrival,  the entire amount must be paid within 7 days of the booking date.
