approximately 12 miles in length.

Crabbing, fishing, hiking, horseback riding, kayaking,
windsurfing, water skiing, playgrounds and nature trails.
Wildlife: Includes more than 350 species of native
birds, endangered
loggerhead turtles, alligators and deer.
Directions to
the Villa:
Hilton
Head Island is just 20 miles East of Interstate 95.
Take I-95 to Exit 8 (Route 278) and follow the signs to
Hilton Head.
Route 278 is the main road on and off of the Island.
278 is also known as William Hilton Parkway once on the
Island. The way from the Interstate is clearly marked, just look
for the signs to Hilton Head then cross the bridge to the
Island.
Take BUSINESS 278,
not TOLL 278 (a.k.a.
Cross Island Parkway).
You will pass Hilton Head Plantation and Port Royal
Plantation.
Turn left off Route 278 onto Folly Field Road.
The Beach & Tennis Resort is located ½ mile on the
right.
Turn right into the Resort.
